In Bihar, the education department has issued a list of districts on various parameters of education on Wednesday, in which the districts on 7 parameters including statistics for students in the matriculation, attendance in the classroom, mid day meal and prohibition of alcoholism, dowry practice and child marriage elimination Begusarai got first place in the rankings.
